Roles and Responsibilities:
At
Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic Inc, front desk office functions have to be
performed by the candidates. The front desk responsibilities includes greeting
and receiving patients, registering patients information, photocopying the provided
details, faxing, receiving phone calls and regular handling of mails, scanning
the medical records of patients and also process administrative task. The
Medical Assistant candidates must take care of complete assessment of patients
including laboratory services, vital signs, testing, making arrangements for
exam and treatments of patients, arranging of clinical trays and also other
clinical task.
Qualification:
Completion of Accredited High School Program or Equivalent Degree Required
Preferred:
Further Education, Training or Certification Preferred
Experience:
Minimum 1 Year Experience in Medical Assistant Front Desk Office Functions With
family planning services preferred
Skills:
Excellent Organizational skills are required and also oral and written
communication
Special Skills:
Work in fast face environment, Capable of performing multiple task at once
Computer
skills required and the candidate must have knowledge about clinic management
software, eCW is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is an added advantage.
Schedule:
The candidate must ability to work in flexible schedules (Morning, Evening and
Weekends).
